I know your social media feeds might be swimming with glorified promises from self-styled Insta gurus, offering you the ‘secret formula’ to get ahead and go viral overnight, but let me be the first to tell you… there is no secret!
Sorry to burst your bubble, but the way to build a successful Instagram and Pinterest is through community building, giving value, perseverance and most importantly, having fun.
My point? If you're looking for overnight success with minimal effort then a. it's not going to work and b. we're not right for each other. But if you’re ready to roll your sleeves up, learn, experiment and enjoy yourself then I’m your gal. No secrets, no false promises, no bull shit.
About me
I live by the sea with my husband and two young children. I love all types of music, gigs, festivals, travel, coffee, yoga and I’m obsessed with wearing stripes.
Before I set up Stripe Social I worked in public sector communications for 10 years. Following redundancy in 2018, I decided to set up my own business as I realised how sick and tired I was of corporate life and all the rubbish that goes with it.
I’ve had the privilege to work with the most diverse set of amazing clients. People that I’ve learned from just as much as they learned from me. As much as I love working with them, the best part of what I do is when they are ready to go it alone and I get to watch them continue to grow in confidence and creativity.
Outside of work you’ll usually find the four of us outdoors either at the beach, camping or getting very wet and muddy somewhere. We love to go off the beaten track and explore.
Pre kids I travelled worldwide at first solo, making many lifelong friends along the way, then with my partner. I can’t wait to get back to travelling. I’ve definitely got itchy feet that I can’t ignore for much longer. I wonder where our next adventure will take us…? And how the hell we’re going to fit all the kid’s stuff in a couple of backpacks!
