01 — Getting to know you

I'll send you a set of questions to complete before our first call. These go beyond the surface. I want to understand what makes you tick, what you're building and what's been holding you back. Our initial call is a two way conversation, a proper deep dive and the foundation for everything that follows.

02 — Building your strategy

I'll get to work crafting your strategy and I'll check in with you regularly along the way. Expect a few more questions as things take shape. Your input is part of the process from start to finish.

03 — Walking through it together

We'll spend a minimum of two hours reviewing your completed strategy together. I'll walk you through every section, answer your questions and make sure you leave feeling confident, clear and genuinely excited to bring it to life. This isn't a document to file away — it's the start of something new.
