Pinterest Training
Stop guessing. Start growing.
Pinterest could be your most powerful marketing tool.
Here’s why you’re not seeing results yet.
You’ve probably tried Pinterest. Maybe you’ve pinned a few things, set up some boards and waited for the magic to happen.
And then… nothing. Or at least, nothing that felt worth the effort.
Here’s the thing: that’s not a Pinterest problem. That’s a strategy problem.
Why Pinterest is worth your time
Pinterest isn’t like other social platforms. Content doesn’t disappear after 24 hours. A well optimised pin can drive traffic to your website for months, even years, after you publish it. Here’s what makes it really exciting for small business owners:
• Pinterest users are in buying mode. They’re actively searching for ideas, products, and services, not just scrolling to pass time.
• It works like a search engine. The right keywords mean the right people find you organically, without paid ads.
• It levels the playing field. You don’t need a huge following to get seen. Great content beats big audiences here.
• It drives real website traffic. Unlike other platforms, Pinterest actively sends people off platform and onto your site.
Whether you sell handmade products, run a service based business or want to grow your audience Pinterest can work for you. You just need to know how to use it properly.
Does any of this sound familiar?
• You’ve set up a Pinterest account but it feels like a ghost town.
• You’re posting but have no idea if it’s actually doing anything.
• You know Pinterest will benefit your business but don’t know where to start.
• You’ve Googled it, watched YouTube videos and still feel like something’s missing.
• You’re short on time and need to know exactly what to focus on — no fluff, no faff.
You’re not behind. You just haven’t had someone sit down with you, understand your business and show you exactly what to do. That’s what this training is for.
Pinterest Training: built entirely around you and your business
This isn’t a generic course or a tick box workshop. It’s a focused, hands on training session tailored to where you are right now and where you want to go. Before we meet, I’ll research your industry, your audience and your Pinterest presence so that every minute of our time together is spent on what actually matters for your business.
What we’ll cover in your three hour session:
• Profile optimisation: Make a strong first impression with a bio and profile that tells people exactly who you are and who you help.
• Keyword research: Discover the exact words and phrases your ideal customers are searching for on Pinterest.
• Boards, titles and descriptions: Learn how to create searchable, strategic boards that get your content found.
• Content planning: Identify what to pin, how often and how to repurpose content you already have.
• Pin design that stops the scroll: Understand what makes a pin perform and create visuals that get clicks.
• Idea Pins: Know when and how to use them effectively as part of your wider strategy.
• Scheduling and consistency: Set up a sustainable rhythm that works around your life, not against it.
• Pinterest Trends: Learn how to spot and use trends to stay relevant and get ahead of the curve.
• Understanding your insights: Read your analytics with confidence and use the data to keep improving.
How it works
Format: Three hours, either in person or via Zoom - whatever works best for you.
In person: I love a face to face session they tend to be more dynamic and focused. If you’re more than 20 miles from me, I’ll add a small travel charge. We can sort that when you book.
Via Zoom: Equally effective and perfect if you’re not local or just prefer to work from home. We’ll take regular screen breaks so your brain doesn’t turn to mush!
Before we meet: Once you book, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to fill in. This helps me get to know your business, your goals and your current Pinterest set up so I can hit the ground running.

“It’s really difficult to find someone who doesn’t overwhelm you with jargon. I chose Kat to help advise me as she seemed authentic and approachable. And that’s what I got. Solid advice and a tailored plan in normal, human words.”
